| Shipping: Most domestic orders will ship UPS Ground unless you specify otherwise. Click here to view estimated transit time to your area. UPS Next-Day or Second-Day services are available at additional charge. Orders which select Next-Day or Second-Day Air will also include in-house RUSH. All Air orders received before 2 PM ET will be processed the same (business) day. Any Air orders received after 2 PM ET will be processed the next business day. UPS shipments are to the contiguous US, and only to a physical address. We cannot ship UPS to a PO Box. | ||||||||||||||
| International Orders: We will ship your order by Priority International. We accept payment in US funds only. Foreign orders must be paid by credit card or international money order. Please make all money orders payable to: East Coast Marine. Because of the enormous variation in cost, international shipping prices cannot be calculated automatically on this site. Please contact us if you need a quote on international shipping costs. | ||||||||||||||
| Paying by Check/Money Order: If you prefer to pay by check or money order, you may still place an order using our old-style order form. You will have to print out an order form, write in your items, and mail it to us at the address below. Please make all money orders payable to: East Coast Marine. | ||||||||||||||

Tracking your shipment: If provided with an e-mail address at the
time of your order, you will be automatically e-mailed tracking information
about your shipment. Please use this information before trying to contact us
about tracking your shipment. International and USPS shipments do not having
tracking information available.

| Returns Policy: You may return any defective item within 30 days for exchange
or refund. Other returns may be subject to 20% restocking
fee. Electrical items are NOT returnable, NO EXCEPTIONS. Manuals and parts lists
are NOT returnable. Returned items must be
in original unopened package. No returns after 30 days. If you need to exchange a part (other than a defective one) it must be paid
for at time of shipment. You will be credited for the original part when we
receive it back. (Regardless if you made the mistake or we did.) Shipping is
not refundable.
